We aim to do our best to help you get the best from your hosting package

Please read this carefully to understand the level of support which is offered within our hosting packages.

At present we only offer telephone support to clients with a dedicated server.

Support is offered via Pinbrook Support Desk

We aim to reply to non urgent requests within 4 (working ) hours. The help desk is manned from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Tickets raised outside these hours should receive a reply within 8 hours.
We should reply to emergencies more quickly.

All hosting packages come with a control panel (Hsphere). You will be able to use the control panel to configure email boxes, bandwidth allowance, URL redirects, 404 redirects, DNS, create MySQL database, use PHP MyAdmin etc.

We have a comprehensive range of tutorials to help you get to know the control panel. We are always happy to point you in the right direction when you aren't sure how to acheive a particular task. Our help files can be found at Pinbrook Control Panel Help Files
